Experience the potency of a group of people who slow down together
-This day-long retreat is for people with Circling experience who would like to unplug and connect.
-In contrast to multi-tasking, rushing, falling short of expectations, exhaustion and distraction, we will soften into connection with self, others and nature.
-We will practice listening— listening to the wind, the undercurrents of social interaction, the silence, the space in between us, the little desires that often go unnoticed, the voices inside that long to both be understood and understand others.
-Slowing down for a whole day can make a big impact on your sense of well-being.
-We will have time to be together as a large group, in small groups and time to be alone in nature.

We hope to create a sense of spaciousness, ease, rest, play and presence.
If you’d like to attend but haven’t Circled before, you attend a small group introduction on September 29th or you can book a Circling intro session with Michelle to do online or in person. You can do this intro alone, or bring others to learn about the practice as well. You must have some other relevant communication or meditation practice.

“Circling with Michelle and Ryan is a delightful feast of presence. They bring a strong and clear leadership that infuses the container with rooted and easeful presence, where every mood is welcome. After circling with Michelle and Ryan I am always struck by how heart and bone nourished i feel in the wake of sustained relational attunement.
The practice really supports my personal growth by offering me robust feedback with how i show up in relationship, within a context of safety and permission that encourages me to release shame and judgement and move deeper into compassionate acceptance for myself and others. A divine practice!”- Christopher Collins

“The circling and nature retreat was a space to open to deep authenticity and presence with other participants and with nature. Michelle and Ryan create a container that feels both grounded and expansive, playful and respectful. I’m grateful to have these skills to take with me and a connection afterglow to bask in.” - Taina
