Beginning Circling Practice
4 Week Series
Circling skills are relationship skills. Circling offers a time to practice communicating your present moment experience as well as discover habits you might not be aware of when you are relating with other humans.
Like in a meditation, we slow down and watch what arises. In Circling we anchor to our sense of connection. Circling is for curious folks who love paying attention to nuance, subtlety, and the layers of relationship that aren’t often named. Circling is also for people who want to practice speaking their truth, even when it’s dissonant, or scary to express.
This 4 week introduction will provide the basics of the practice. This small group experience will offer the opportunity for each person to dive deep into their experience with peer support.
You will learn concrete tools to create more connection and honesty in your relationships.
“Being Circled is an opportunity to take risks and share parts of myself with other people in a safe and supportive setting. It’s healing.”

Seeing and being seen

"if you're ready to be vulnerable, this is an incredible growth opportunity. it can be scary and edgy at times, but it is worth it for the nourishment it provides."
“ I really appreciated the time to slow down and connect deeply. I feel like I've gained skills that I can take into everyday conversation. I have also been reminded of the importance of creating spaces that inspire, encourage, and hold this type of opportunity for connection. Michelle is a gentle, present, and skilled facilitator. I loved the series, and loved having her lead us.” - Zach Cohen
"I attended several Circling events facilitated by Michelle. I found her to have incredibly warm, open, disarming, compassionate yet grounded energy. Michelle was able to lead exercises that helped a large group of strangers establish enough trust to connect with one another. She and her co-leaders were able to lead group experiences that were safe enough to be transformational. Highly recommend! " Jess Begans, Psychotherapist
