I will offer a 30 minute container to support YOU and MYSELF to drop into our bodies and be in the present. It really helps me to actually show up and do practices when I know I’m sharing the experience with others.

The general structure may vary. One example is: 10 min. Open Movement, 10 min. Stillness, 10 min. Open-Writing Practice. I will keep time, but otherwise not offer any guidance.
