what's a score? a score is a set of instructions that may be open-ended or very specific, a score will invite you to spend time in a particular way. A score will invite you into presence and creativity for a short bite-sized amount of time.
One example of a take-a-break score:
*5 minutes: start lying on the floor in quiet, follow your impulses to move slowly listening to your movements
*5 minutes: shake every part of your body
*5 minutes: explore vowel sounds and different pitches with your voice
Benefit from the series, “I am more able to maintain dual awareness of my body and my work, rather than getting completely swallowed in Screenland, such that I find myself making more microadjustments in my posture, taking mini-breaks for my eyes, etc., and actually getting up and moving about more, before sitting back down to work. I'm also a bit more cognizant of breathing”
